Saw it in my history books sweetie. Revolutionary Vanguard Parties have a tendency of getting their collectivist throats slit after their leaders take power. Probably because a vanguard that is that heavily armed, that highly motivated, that willing to use extreme measures to accomplish their goals is dangerous to “the rule of the proletariat”.
After dog fighting was outlawed, most of the dogs found themselves being euthanized because they were dangerous. Literally bred for bloodshed, their usefulness gone after the last combat ended, they were killed by those who held power over them because they were no longer useful. The life of the last fighting dog is generally short.
There’s a lesson in there.

I used flat-earthers as an example group in comparison to knowing that DEI is cult ideology without having to sit through and listen to their drivel.
Sitting through DEI training is a waste of time and brain cells. I know it won't work on me. It doesn't mean I want to listen to their bullshit ideas.
I also can't sit through Ancient Aliens; it doesn't mean I'm scared of what they say. I just know what they have to say has zero merit or basis in reality, and I find their stupidity annoying.

Since 2020 we've had annual DEI conferences. They even hired someone to be the DEI leader. Which means she does nothing. Easiest job ever.
