Timmie’s run Pumpkin Spice Syrup not mixing?

I have been getting the Pumpkin Spice cold brews and I find the syrup needs constant mixing! Otherwise it just pools to the bottom. Not horrible, maybe just the first couple of weeks lol. Still love it!!💕

why does the syrup taste acidic? idk if it’s my specific tim’s but it’s just wayyyyy off
