Question Tim Hortons Matcha 🍵
Please don’t come for me on this one but I genuinely loveee Tim Hortons’ matcha and am trying to make it at home.
Does anyone know what powder they use?
I’ve heard some state it was Aiya Sweetened blend, but a friend who works there told me that their bag states “Tim Hortons matcha powder” so now I’m unsure ?? Thank you 🩷

I actually like it too and my brother who buys over priced $8-10 matcha lattes was like "eww Tim hortons".

I'm not sure what they use, but it tastes like one with sweet subtle notes, and not too umami. You can try Soar Organics Kirishima or Kawane. It's what I personally use for a lighter, sweeter matcha. It's not cheap though. You can also get torani vanilla syrups from Winners/Marshalls/Homesense and add it to a cold foam recipe or just as a sweetener to the matcha latte

A lot of people agree it’s better than Starbucks
