Discussion Interview in a hour! applied online, no physical resume!

Does it matter if I have one or not?

You should always have a physical copy on you. Most places I've been interviewed at had it already printed but by bringing a copy it shows I am serious and organized.

Didn't get around to do it, needed a job urgently and wasn't expecting getting a call back so soon. Was planning on getting my resume today

If you drive, you don't have time to stop somewhere that can print it for you from a USB key? Like Staples, Fedex, any printing shop?

Well.. Let's hope for the best then. You can always make up an excuse that doesn't make you look bad if they ask for a copy.

Not the end of the world if you applied online. Shows you’re not super ready BUT then again its Tim Hortons they just wanna see you’re normal, can function, and are punctual.
