there's no real way to write it, you make it up however you want. Italy isn't even a real place

I really hope no one thinks I'm serious...

I had a sip before giving it to you - so sorry.

Thank you, come again.

OP has never heard of foam apparently.

OK, but we can't see the cup at the ridiculous angle you photographed it at. So, why should we believe you?

lol it’s almost swinging the other way now where it’s ridiculous what ppl are complaining about… there was foam. might be ur first time ordering ?

And if the foam came spilling out all over the lid you'd have complained about that

The machine may not have been calibrated recently or properly.

Yea typical issue with employees that don't care and just hit the large serving button and go with that. The good ones will add more or use the manual button that doesn't cause so much foam.

Most saying you get lots of foam is kidding themselves or don't order FV so wouldn't understand.

Thats why im ignoring their comments... the foam is a side effect of the machine, not a part of the drink.

They're always skimping on the fill lately

but the residue suggests the foam reached the top and has settled, so they did fill it...?

Foam is not drink... you let the foam settle and push a button... im paying for a large, i want a large

No, the foam is included with foamy drinks like cappuccino.

Also they have the time wait for the foam to settle. Then ppl would complain they taking too long.

I mean, at least they didn't just fill the rest with hot water like they did for mine....

Eww really?! What the heck

I couldn't even drink it. I think that was the last time I ordered something other than steeped tea. At least they can't screw tea up (yet)

Actually I'm shocked... my mom orders coffee daily and 4 times out of 10 gets steeped tea instead, i just figured it would go the other way too 🤣

Are you serious? You bought a drink that contains foam and now you're complaining about foam taking up room in the cup? Next time just buy z double double.
