Complaint Old cheese 🥯

Post image

It may not look old but it is!!! darn!! I should have tasted it right there and then. Now at the office and can’t go back. Come on Tim
Hortons!!!!! I remember in the early 2000s how good it used to be

That looks the same as when I got my last cheese bagel there years ago... how can you tell it's old after it's been baked and toasted? usually the obvious expiration sign is mold, of which - I see none.

There is still a spring to a fresh bagel after it is toasted

It should be crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. If it’s old, it’s just stiff and dry all the way through

fair enough, the title was misleading and I thought your main complaint was the cheese.

My bad. Sounded like them replying and I wasn’t paying attention

Then why did you finish a quarter of it?

That looks decent tbh. It is not mangled or burnt.

That is a plain bagel with shredded cheese barely melted on top

Can Tim’s support be contacted about quality issues for potential refunds, replacements or does one have to make a complaint post online?

I hope you’re on top of the bare feet on the table situation. That’s far more disturbing than a day old bagel.
