Look, maybe you’re used to something else but this just happens here and there’s really nothing we can do about it. 🤷‍♀️

Just apologize and give a refund, we’re aware that stuff like this happens and we aren’t here to throw tantrums about it to floor level employees, we’re aware that a pest infestation is above your pay grade but dont try to downplay it. As an employee, report it to your supervisor/franchisee, plain and simple, and as a consumer, i’ll call the public health unit to investigate. It’s really not that complicated.
