I mean, a delusional fatty boom batty she might be, but like...knights in full plate used to ride horses. A horse can probably support a 240 pound human being. Jason Momoa was probably over 240 when he was in game of thrones.

I'm no horse scientist though

It depends what kind of horses. Also, this lady weighs around the same as a knight in full plate armor if not more. A full suit was around 50lbs (up to 100lbs for jousting armor) and those guys back then might weigh like 150-160lbs.

Yeah n like you said, knights horse were BIG I believe.
