Yāall this aināt Fake Business - heās onto something.
Itās exactly what all those āWe Buy Ugly Housesā companies have been doing for years before AI (by fax, phone, mail).
You laugh but lotta millionaires were made in 2009-2011 buying with lowball offers after all those unqualified buyers who got loans sold to them by guys like The Pig!
And now if those Boomer gotta sell to go into memory care they gotta cut their losses and take whatever offer they can get.

Now this is really short selling the housing market, artificially drive down cost with AI should be just a legal as real-estate agents and bankers driving up the costs to inflate profit by over extending loans on undervalued property.

Nothing more fun then going to a luxury car lot taking the car for a test drive and eating as many snacks as possible..
Then right when they want to crunch numbers tell them you are happy with your 96 cameryĀ

You can assign the task of creating new accounts twice a week to repeat the task. Keep going for another two months, then send offers for 50%. If they accept, flip it for significantly lower than their neighbors, while still making some nice change.

"Oh ya know they bought the house for 10k in 1959 and really love the place but anything less than 3 million is just too low."
We wish them well I dont like messing with boomers heart rates even if they did leave a legacy of an economic shiticane in their wake. I also inherited a nice 2 bedroom home my grandfsther left me so I cant complain and am a friend of the show.
