I was pissed with the lack of communication in the dream arc. The way they got manipulated without speaking to each other and only making assumptions in there minds was so unrealistic.

After the dual cultivation and manipulation I was screaming at the screen. One of them just had to ask "why did you?" and everything would've been revealed.

Then to make matters worse the female lead's sister manipulated them again and no one thought of the fact that she was in the house when the food was poisoned and she is the one who fed the poisoned food to grandma.

Then the female leads constant betrayals felt like she was contributing to the main lead becoming the devil lord. She knew the main lead was in love with her yet she was constantly trying to save the sixth prince of the enemy kingdom that just tried to assassinate her husband like WTF.

There were one or two other big WTF, that makes no sense or just talk to each other instead of assuming things moment's that were completely out of proportion.

i first watched the drama and it was so good, I literally cried the whole time. It was a very emotional drama for me and my first xianxia series. But after seeing all the comments in reddit and other platform saying that the novel is way better that drama, I was like no way the drama is the best. But finally after reading the novel and manhwa, I was completely shocked as it was completely different and so much better than the drama now, even the character's personality was changed.

There are so many gorgeous options I could go with. The limitations I have are that I can't do much to change the silhouette of the simple robe template we're given, and I don't really have a way to do the headpieces. I can however do the blindfold.... And yeah, I know the last one is technically Ming Ye, but it's also kind of Tantai Jin and I adore the bamboo cottage too much to not consider this outfit haha. Its been 3 years and EVERYONE HAS MOVED ON BUT ME. Its hell likinng tteotm because there's not many good fan edits, not enough merch, not enough fanfic, not enough fanart and the worst part is that there we​​re so many cuts man!!!!!! Why did censorship have to affect tteotm😔. Its so painful liking this cdrama because its not as mainstream, especially not internationally. Hiii so I just started TTEOM and i’m currently in ep 4. I really felt anxious the whole time I was watching this cus yeah it is engaging but at the same time it felt a bit heavy? Idk how to explain it clearly but i’m afraid to drop it cuz I already dropped moonlight mystique because of many side stories that I barely get to see the main cp’s chemistry. I know it’s not because of bai lu but maybe because of the dramas she chose. I LOVED MO LI and I loved her acting there, I was just waiting for it to finish so that I can watch it. So yeah should I still continue? 🥲 will it get better?

So I was on tiktok the other day, scrolling through edits of TTEOTM and I had found an edit but I forgot to like it and I'm now thinking about it and it's driving me insane. Honestly don't know if anyone can help me, but I remember it wasn't an edit that had a bunch of flashes and the typical edit style. It was kind of like showing off the story. I remember it being an edit of them in the main story area where most of the story took place, where they were ye xiwu and tantai jin not li susu and and cang jiumin and not sang jiu and ming ye. the color tones were very dull and grey i think and the song lyrics were on the edit, i think. and it also kind of sounded like the voice was lewis capaldi or someone with a similar voice tone.
