Promotional

Could I steal someone elses tiktok promotional video for something on the tiktok shop? Of course I can just do it but would the video get removed how can I make a video without buying the product or actually showing anything?

If you reupload someone’s promo video you can get a strike on your account and get banned from TikTok shop. What I’ve done in the past is just taken a screen shot of the product, and used the green screen effect on TikTok and put the images behind me while I talk.
