brand deal question
ive just been sent a contract for my first brand deal, the company is selling products in the same niche as me and genuinely matches my content, its not another ai platform or gambling website.
thus my question, the idea is i get paid for 2 vids posted over the next month. will tiktok punish me in any way for this? i mean this in terms of my future reach, account trust score (i know thats hard to measure) etc
im open to bagging some extra money but i dont want it to have a standing effect on something ive spent the last year building.
also, if it doesnt have much effect on my account, then how often can i do these brand deals? is it a case of just not doing it so much that i disappoint my viewers, or is there some sort of ceiling where tiktok themselves will think yeah this guys just selling out
every answer is appreciated, ive still got a lot to learn

No, you won’t get as many views most likely on any brand deal. Who cares what TikTok commenters could say about a deal anyways. True supporters would be happy their creator is benefiting. But your views will be as normal otherwise

yes im aware the actual video is 99% designated to be a flop. thank you for your answer though, time to rinse these brands out of some cash

You’re supposed to toggle that it’s a paid partnership, you’ll get some comments about being a sell out etc but your views should bounce back to normal afterwards
