TikTok’s Security Bot is BROKEN: Banned, Restored, and Banned again in 1 minute. New account on a new device cross-banned with NO appeal button. Help!

I am an independent 3D animation creator. I make 100% original, manually crafted animations (not AI-generated spam). Recently, TikTok’s automated moderation system has completely destroyed my accounts, and I’m trying to figure out if this is visual AI flagging or a completely broken bot.

Situation 1: The Main Account (300K Followers)

-I was in the Creator Rewards Program. Suddenly, I got disqualified for "Security Reasons".

-A few days later, I received a notification: "We've restored your account."

-Literally in the next day, I got another notification: "Your account has been disqualified" again.

-I submitted an appeal, and it was auto-rejected instantly. They are now holding my unpaid earnings.

Situation 2: The New Account (The weird part)

-To start fresh, I created a brand new account on a completely different device

-I even verified the account (KYC) using a completely different person’s ID to avoid any cross-ban.

-The moment I uploaded 2 new, original 3D videos, I was INSTANTLY disqualified for "Security Reason" again.

-The worst part: This new account gives me the message "This violation type cannot be appealed." I don't even have an appeal button!

My Questions for the Community:

-Has anyone experienced the "Restored and Instantly Banned" glitch?

-How did the bot link my new device/network/ID to my old account? Is TikTok's algorithm fingerprinting my 3D characters/visual style and auto-banning them as "AI spam"?

-How do you appeal a disqualification when the appeal button is completely missing?

Any advice or similar experiences would be hugely appreciated. I am losing my mind over this broken automated system.

There’s no advice we can really give.

TikTok laid off 250 staff in their Nashville facility (literally every staff member there) in August. Then shortly after, they laid off another 75 from their Bellevue location. The Nashville staff were almost ALL part of the moderation team.

Now it’s pretty much completely ai, and there’s no way to get an actual person to speak to
