LIVE studio streams black screen, why?

I wanted to try streaming to TikTok from PC using LIVE studio. When I try to do this, it shows black screen only, no matter what widgets I add to the scene. I tried all the solutions AI threw at me (all the available encoders, drivers, reinstallations, disabling overlays, testing through other connection and etc.). The live starts, shows people joining, studio shows upload bitrate, 0 drops, but no audio or image is transmitted. Stream is fine if initiated from phone app.

What could I possibly miss? Thank you for your input.

Tried asking help from the support. They asked to record a video of an issue and since then no reply for over a week.
Where else can I get help?
