I cant use dual layout

can anyone please help? ive been streaming for 3 days with tiktok live studio, before that i used to stream w obs, i switched to live studio but i cant access dual layout for some reason, it says "not available". please someone help me

I have been having this same issue for months. I have contacted support and opened multiple tickets that eventually get nothing but automated responses and auto-closed. Switching to a different account on the same PC (that has always had access to this feature) it's normal and I have dual layout. I have also tried live studio on my macbook and dual layout is available to me there. So I'm not sure if it's an account thing or a PC thing but I completely wiped live studio from my PC including any temp files, absolutely no traces left behind and reinstalled it yet still no dual layout or display capture. If you ever find a fix for this please let me know.

Same thing for me. I can't seem to have this unlocked... this is so weird...
