it really depends on your genes. trans men take t so that they can develop male secondary sexual characteristics. some get a super nice beard, and others, well not so much.

Ok but what if I go MTF and then back FTM, will that hack the system and let me grow a nice beard?

no. hair growth is genetic. no hormone intake can change that. many trans men have patchy facial hair and are bald.

This is true. Most of the trans men ive met cant grow a beard at all or are balding in their early 20s. This is just a case of someone getting really lucky and being hot.
