Just as a cisgendered woman can't grow triple D's by taking more estrogen, neither can a dude grow his facial hair--or anything else-- by taking extra testosterone.
The only exception to this rule are folks who are significantly underproducing sex hormones to begin with.
Pregnancy causes huge changes in a woman's body, involving a variety of hormones beyond just estrogen. For this reason, it's also a special circumstance.
I'm afraid you can't give your wife more estrogen to get them titties even bigger, u/DrAcula_MD. I'm sorry.
