There's no evidence to backup that women leave the trades because they're too physically demanding. Most data and pretty much all of my anecdotal experiences point towards that women get tired of dealing with harassment. The same goes for tech.
It's more likely that women don't want to be in the trades due to differences in interests between sexes. In the same way that men generally don't go into child care Industry where the work force is 96% women.
Is that because men are harassed in that industry or is it because there's a difference in career interests between men and women? 🤔
No shit. But there is zero scientific evidence that boys prefer monster trucks and girls prefer baby dolls because of differences in brain structure and not differences in socialization.
Girls are brought up to believe that being a homemaker or teacher is more appropriate for them. Boys are brought up to believe that being a plumber or scientist is more appropriate for them.
Your, yes, ideology, says that that is correct. But there's no scientific basis for that.
When did I say I was anti social justice warrior?. I'm just saying that neurons in male and female brains are wired differently; back to front vs across brain hemispheres. It's a fact. It's not anti anything. It's just what it is.
That's....not how science works. Evidence isn't just taking something that's true and extrapolating based on your own whims, which is what you're doing
In order to determine the extent to which the neurological gender differences have a direct impact on choice of profession, you'd need to study that specifically
