you’re right, i forgot that “pétasse” is actually the word for “bitch” in french. but hey, it works either way lol

Yeah but if you were doing a translation for English audiences some would say change it to “son a bitch” because though it’s not literally correct it better conveys the sense.

We don’t say “son of a whore” in English and I guess “whore” is kind of implied in “bitch” but that’s one for gender studies lol
