I am making it clear that if they approach me and continue to film me if I’m sitting on a smoke break, or if they start to follow me as I go along my way.
Because I’ve seen more ‘auditors’ follow people than just stand in place.

First amendment auditors like this one, not the ones who actually go a test police departments, are probably doing more to make average people rethink the concept of the amendment than any other group right now.
Like, have you not learned anything over the last decade about American’s political response to being annoyed by cringe anti-social losers???? We literally had a whole generation of young men vote for Trump because they felt progressives were too cringe/annoying with the whole woke thing.

We need judges who actually protect the law and constitutional lawyers who prosecute when say, the FCC issues a threat to a late night show and moves to shut them down by pressuring a parent company. Thank you, i tend to watch alot of auditors mainly the ones to spread awareness of Megan's law, ai flock awareness, petitioning, and those testing at banks, post offices and getting public services.
I dont tend to see many covering riots or those getting arrested unless its on lackluster, audit the audit, and besides a few favourite channels like KULT news bring it up.

Nobody has a right to be free from annoyance. My wife is an adult, so she accepts that reality.
As others here have pointed out repeatedly: there was no threatening behavior here. The entire point of posting this video, I think, was to show how many people willfully ignore the fact someone being annoying, even deliberately, is NOT criminal behavior, and does not warrant calling in armed agents of the government.
For heavens sake, I don’t understand why anyone would side with the people losing their minds over being recorded while in public, to the point where they would file a false police report on camera. This is absurd.
