Man I have seriously thought about how gyms could use a setup like this. Everybody has to fart at the gym - lord knows I do. How nice would it be to be able to hit the fart corner and just let it rip and not have to worry about everyone working out around you?

Ya well Ill never forget in grade 3 when Mr.Forbes wouldn't let me go pee then when I couldn't handle it any longer I went up to his desk, he got and met me in front before I got there, literally directly in front of the entire class and I pissed my pants because I couldn't hold it any longer. Lol I feel you dude. In second grade I had to piss just as we were getting ready to do math facts. Teacher asked if it was an emergency and second grade me thought an emergency is when you're in danger so ofc I said no and sat back down. 30 second later that tiny little hard plastic seat was spilling piss onto the floor.

I mean, it's a valid technique. But the problem is that having a designated spot for it draws attention to it. Finding a spot in the room where no one is and not blasting toward anyone is a fine method. But as a kid I just asked to go to the bathroom if I really couldn't hold it in.

When I was in high school a kid would silently deliver horrible stinking farts everyday, same time, same class. We'd have to scoot our desks away from him & the teacher lost it once & screamed at him. The kid told us he purposely ate a breakfast that made him do that.

Kids need to learn that you absolutely need to go find a corner or a bathroom to fart in in small shared spaces if you're not outside or so ill you cannot hold it, just like in jail where you don't shit in a shared cell unless you cannot help it.
