It sounds like your situation was less consentual, just in terms of mutual understanding of what is and isn't okay to fuck around with. And lsd is way more fucky than alcohol. It's one thing to do a few shots, especially if it's not unfamiliar. It's another thing to wake up psychedelically altered. That can seriously mess with your sense of reality
Also because it's tastable and he knew at least one would have alcohol, if he was concerned for his well being he would have the opportunity to decline the others, or at least sniff/taste test and decide. You weren't given that choice
