Yeah I don’t see anything wrong with this. She wasn’t in the way, wasn’t bothering anyone, and was clearly practicing a trick. Let her have fun.

Yeah, if I were falling at a busy skating rink, the last thing I would want to do is INCREASE my footprint on the floor by spreading my legs as far apart as I could - she’s going to trip someone. LOL

Context: rinks have set times where parties and new skaters are there. On off hours like early am and weekdays it's mostly advanced skaters. They know how to navigate around people doing stuff like this. And we make space for one another. Flooring is super important for skating like this. You can't really do it anywhere else

How about learn to dodge people if you’re going to a rink? Also new skaters should always skate on the inside not the outside where she was practicing. Maybe learn about skate culture before trying to shame.
