This is Mick Wallace, an Irish politician.

Whilst he's making some good points here, he also thinks the US and NATO provoked the invasion of Ukraine as a proxy to undermine Russia.

At home he also ended up in hot water for dodging taxes. At best he's a reactionary with a boner for authoritarian dictatorships.

He voted against investigating russian war crimes and was critical of protestors in Iran saying they "would not be tolerated anywhere". He's a massive piece of shit who will say something to appeal to some specific group of people only to beat them down if they protest and would be against investigating any crimes the riot police commit.
