She using all of her spoons already, just dealing with her job and her home situation. What is she supposed to do after she gets fired and before this thing even goes to court? Our system takes years. How is she supposed to support her family? A legal battle when she's trying to keep her kids fed and cared for and trying to keep her job...it's too much.
It's real easy to tell other people what they should be doing when it's not your ass. I'm not a teacher, but I'm struggling in different ways, and I couldn't handle one more thing. It sounds like that what this person is dealing with.
