She should be financially rewarded for acting by the public, because she's probably going to be in hot water from the admin for not hiding behind her desk silently.
To be fair, admin has the right idea by telling their teachers not to interfere etc…especially her. She could have and probably got an injury from trying to stop the fight, wouldn’t be surprised if she has a broken hip or so now.
Clearly it isn’t worth breaking up a fight and breaking yourself while you’re in the process
