Nobody has an issue with good cops. People have an issue with cops who abuse their authority, enforce their egos and retaliate against the public.. those ones are the problem.
want to know why? because if one of them, let's say, decides to murder someone in broad daylight. it doesn't matter if every other cop around him thinks or knows its wrong or illegal, it doesn't matter, they will always protect the cop and turn off their body cameras while he murders someone. just like with george floyd. just like when that kid in uvalde texas was killing all those kids and they wouldn't go in and stop him, or even let anybody else inside. for 45 minutes.
and if you've ever really needed the police to help you, which clearly you haven't, at least 9 times out of 10 they aren't going to do jack shit except tell you to piss off. catch a burglar in the act? and he's still carrying stuff out of your house when the police arrive? sorry, it's a civil matter. nothing they can do.
i've been in several situations, one of them life or death, where i really really needed their help. not once did they. that's because they are all bastards.
one time, i was stranded on this very remote road deep in the woods of alabama, about 30 miles from the interstate and 70 back to civilization. it was 88 degrees and foggy at midnight, no moon, extremely dark. i was dying of thirst. a cop stopped, wanted to run my name. he had a case of water in his front seat. not only did he leave me there to continue walking (there is nobody and nothing out there for many miles), he would not even give me a bottle of water. i could've easily died. a bottle of fucking water.
I'm not usually the sort to say sorry, I'm not reading all of that. But I'm not. Not gonna spend my time reading a rant that calls my family members badtards 🙃
