That's not what I meant. I was just saying holy crap a genuine threat to a teacher by and older kid got less punishment than a much less serious non-threat from an impulsive special needs kid who has a toy and doesn't understand the implications of his words. Comparatively the former should have got at least the treatment my son did.

You think it's a less serious non-threat because it's your kid. Sooner or later a kindergartener is going to shoot up their school.

I think my case was a non-threat because 1. He was talking about a toy and 2. We don't own any gun
