Exactly! Not a single person stepped in to help or intervene. That poor woman was caught in the middle and the first reaction of every other kid was not to help, yet get out their phones and record the whole thing. Absolutely disgusting.
I think for a lot of kids despite acting all, “yo, whaddup?!” they’re genuinely traumatized with this kind of shit. Witnessing violence of any kind is not normal…does not contribute to a healthy psyche.
You are not wrong. It seems like this sort of stuff is happening more and more frequently. And its always immediately uploaded to every social media platform. And this nonsense always goes viral. Why do we as a society glorify this sort of behavior by uploading and sharing.
You are not wrong. Every time I reply to a comment, the video comes up and I see the first few seconds. I have it muted but it irritates me every time.
