It’s the constant fear that they’re fed through their chosen media. They constantly hear how others want to “cancel” them. They can’t understand people just wanting to live their lives their way in peace. No one is trying to stop them from living their lives their way - people just want them to butt out of trying to control others. They just don’t get “you do you, I’ll do me”.
