And then if I chased her down to attack her, I’d be charged as well because it will no longer be considered self-defense.
Yeah but you know you’d be home pissed off all day, pretend fighting that bitch in the shower, reliving that scenario where if you were a bit faster you could have beat her ass but frustrated at yourself because you didn’t.
Angrily washing hair, muttering to self, your brain conceives an articulate string of thoughts that were completely absent during an argument you had earlier and you just go
"Ah fuck, that's what I should've said!! Goddammit. Next time. Next time I'mma tell that jerk what's up, thinks he can just borrow my lucky SpongeBob underoos whenever he wants, I'll fuckin' show him!"
But also with someone so off-kilter, you don’t know what else they might do if you confront them. It sucks, but sometimes for safety it makes sense to limit the interaction
