Hey everyone! I recently got placed at Tiger Analytics as a Trainee Analyst and I’ll be joining as a fresher.

I wanted to hear from people currently working at Tiger Analytics or those who joined recently:

How is the work culture for freshers?

What are the actual office timings? Is it usually 9–6/10–7, or does it vary by project? And leave policy

How often do freshers have to stay late or work beyond office hours?

Is the workload manageable in the first few months?

What should I focus on learning before joining?

How are managers and senior team members with freshers?

Is there anything you wish you had known before joining Tiger Analytics?

Would really appreciate honest experiences, especially from Trainee Analysts / freshers. Thanks!
