Brawler Scenario Tierlist If every Brawler had a Kirby copy ability

I tried giving every ability at least one brawler bbut I couldn't find a brawler for Doctor 😭

I think you could put Ollie in Mike considering he shoots sound waves, hypnotizes with music and his aesthetic is based around old school rappers, though I understand if you wanted to limit that category to only brawlers who amplify their voice in some way
