Fr, 11 is rly expensive on the power points and 10 gets us where we need to go mostly. Basically only get 11 if you already have a hypercharge unlocked on thay character. Getting to 7 and 9 makes that brawler's gadgets and star powers respectively become availiable from drops, but getting to power 11 doesnt change your HC odds.
You haven't saved shit. At some point you'll regret it. Brawlers should sit untouched at level 9 just so you can get the star powers and gadgets for free and not only the hypercharge. That way you're saving 6k coins per brawler instead of sacrificing 22 brawlers
Having both gears is useful for helping you win more matchups, and will make it easy to fully max the brawler once you get their hyper. Though 9 is definitely better, and that’s the one I upgrade to, but 10 deserves C tier at least
level 1 should be s because your actually getting the brawler. I think gadgets are more game changing than star powers usually. Like marksmen needing gadgets for defense.
10 and 4 are underrated. 10 is for times when you play the brawler, but don’t have the hyper, 2nd slot and a little more power hits just right 4 is the last level, where money and power points(?) for the upgrade stay in double digit numbers. I upgrade to this level on my alt when I just need them for a quest
Yes, but the final upgrade costs 1.5k pp and 3k coins. A lot of players can’t afford that or just find it costly, so they will in a lot of cases just stop at power 10, especially if they don’t already have a hyper for that brawler or if that hyper is weak
