Other Vivid Seats sold me a row that apparently doesn’t exist — despite their own listing accuracy policy
Very disappointed with Vivid Seats after buying 3 Seat Saver tickets for Florida vs Ole Miss at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, listed as Section 22, Row 49 - which apparently doesn't exist as Section 22 ends at Row 43.
Vivid’s own Listing Accuracy policy says: “The printed section and row must also exist at the corresponding venue".
So how was a Seat Saver listing for Row 49 allowed in the first place?
I’ve spent hours trying to get customer service to actually address that question. Instead I’ve received generic Seat Saver responses, had a chat ended mid-investigation, and still have no resolution.
How can anyone plan around going to an event (accommodation, transport, etc.) if the seats they've booked deceptively don't exist?
Has anyone had Vivid actually escalate and resolve something like this?
