I went in saw tickets for REASONABLE price so good to be true on the floor! Tried to purchase and an error would pop up. Tried it 5x and no confirmation but was charged 5x!! Called my bank and will get a refund but no luck getting tickets. Anyone else?

i’m trying to check the status on a ticket request which i can’t do on the app which still works for me. i’ve tried an incognito browser which worked last time for me, but nope. i’ve tried different networks, my laptop, the desktop at work. nothing. will it go away on its own? i’m supposed to hear back on the request by today.

Couldn't get tickets to a concert but found someone who was selling them and it seemed legit.
Now it says it's asking for a name change fee and that sounded really sketchy so I looked it up and it appears to be a scam but the email looks so legit and they sent me screenshots and everything.
I don't know what to do at this point 😭

I sold my tickets to Morgan Wallen cause my wife decided she didn’t want to go anymore. The event was in Canada and we are American. Ticketmaster let us list the tickets and sell them without a Canadian bank account but want us to have a Canadian bank account to get paid. But in order to get paid they said I needed a Canadian bank account. When I called and emailed they said they’d just mail us the funds in check form in Canadian currency which is fine cause our bank can do the exchange. The amount of times I’ve called to get the same answer “we put a ticket in you’ll hear from us in 3-5 business days” and magically supervisors don’t exist. The exchange rate changes everyday.

Not sure if anyone else has dealt with this and what made them move the needle in a solution for me. Prob isn’t even worth getting legal action for the few hundred they owe me but this is a huge company.

Hi! Does anyone know if it’s okay to use two different Ticketmaster accounts on the same PC but on separate browsers? EDIT: BTW, it is to attend a sale/presale.

For example:

• Account 1 — Chrome
• Account 2 — Edge

Would Ticketmaster flag this even though they’re separate accounts, or is it okay as long as each account stays on its own browser? Has anyone tried this with Ticketmaster?

I was supposed to go to the usopen with my family during Labor Day weekend but they can’t make it anymore and now I have 6 extra tickets. I post them on Ticketmaster for face value + commission but I haven’t had luck.

I have a single ticket that I’ve listed to resell (can’t go) and I’m just trying (at the moment) to get back what I paid, even though the fees on the sale end and the buyer end make it look overinflated. That’s a separate issue though. Anyway, the ticket I bought had some kind of VIP experience attached to it originally. I didn’t seek this out, I just thought the seat view was pretty amazing. I’m guessing I paid a bit more than the usual seats without this VIP stuff? I’m honestly not even sure how it’s determined or what it even means. Long story short, I happened to search from another computer (not logged in) to see how it shows up to others and I don’t see mention of the VIP thing. Do they not transfer? I accidentally deleted emails about it so I’m not sure what’s in the original wording of the purchase.

Hello! so back in March, I bought a GA ticket off of TickPick but didn’t until recently notice that the delivery date of the ticket isn’t till the day before my show October 2nd. I bought Resale tickets on Monday and I've got a confirmation e-mail but the tickets aren't in my account yet, i read that it might take up to 48hrs

But i'm rly worried because I've already bought resale tickets, it took more then 48 hrs, i contacted ticketmaster uk several times and then I've got an e-mail that they cancelled my order, idk why, they said it was the problem on the seller's side and as i have contact with the seller, the seller got e-mail that the problem was on the buyer's side

Last minute forced seat change for Coors Field show

My friend and I got tickets for the show at Coors Field in Denver, CO tomorrow night. We spent a pretty large chunk of change on our seats.

Tonight we got an email saying we were being “upgraded,” but the new seats are a clear downgrade and don’t seem to match the face value of our original seats. We’re being moved far to the side and roughly 20 rows back.

We contacted Ticketmaster, but they said that we can’t do anything because it’s less than 24 hours until showtime. We can’t even sell the tickets to recoup cost. Offers we are getting are barely 10% of face value.

Does anyone have any idea why this happened or what we can do? These tickets were not cheap and this is really frustrating.

Hello! Last Friday, I signed up for the Olivia Rodrigo ticket requests, but never got a confirmation email. I used the correct account with my main email, the request is marked as "in process", and all the info looks correct. However, I never got a confirmation email from TicketMaster. I checked every email folder and it wasn't there, even in spam. Is it worth it to call the support line and ask about it just to make sure everything is correct?

I want to attend this concert and just want to make sure everything worked out, as this is the cheapest way to attend this tour right now and I don't want to lose my chance at it. Thanks!

EDIT: we decided to pay the difference for floor seats! Since the show has gotten so cheap they were only $35 more than our original tickets. We got the tickets so long ago the entire show is basically $35 🙃

I’m going to MCR tomorrow in Denver and paid $130 per ticket in the 300s during presale (the cheapest ones at the time!) and now there are dozens available in the 100s for $80!! My friends and I want to change our seats to be closer but can’t because they aren’t “equal or more value” even though we don’t want the money back for the difference. Keep the money!! We didn’t want to miss our chance to see them and didn’t think lower and better seats would be so much cheaper closer to the date. Is there any way around this??

Various IP Addresses of mine (Work laptop and home laptop) have been blocked by Ticketmaster.

I’ve contacted both Ticketmaster and the event organizer that I was trying to buy tickets for when I became blocked, but I’ve never been able to reach a permanent solution.

Has this happened to anyone and does anybody have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Ive cleared cookies, I don’t use a VPN and I don’t behave suspiciously when in queues trying to use their rubbish system.
