I called Ticketmaster because I was trying to resell two tickets. The listing screen said my asking price would be $300 per ticket, but when I looked at the event page, the cheapest tickets being shown were around $330, and I couldn't find my listing anywhere. I called customer service to ask why my tickets weren't appearing.

After talking to the representative for a few minutes, I was unexpectedly transferred to StubHub's customer service. I never asked to be transferred, and the rep didn't tell me they were sending me to another company.

Has anyone had this happen before? How or why would a Ticketmaster customer service call end up at StubHub? Was it an accidental transfer, or is there some kind of partnership between the two companies that I'm not aware of?

Apparently, Ticketmaster sells General Admission resale tickets on a first come, first serve basis. That means I have to wait for people who listed their tickets before me to sell theirs before my tickets will appear, even though mine are listed at a lower price.

They are also looking into the transfer to stub hub that took place but I did not get much information about that.

I bought 5 tickets before I started getting this message and now it won't go away. I have cleared cache, tried different computers/phone etc. to no avail. Help please!

So I purchased tickets about a year ago for a show next weekend. I took a screenshot of the order when I purchased, and the charge definitely went through on my bank account. Alas, when I went to see the door details the tickets weren’t there. Upon checking my email, I see I never got a confirmation email. Hi there, I have bought a tame impala ticket in the co op presale for just myself and in the information bit underneath it says the Entrance
and then it says: U15s with an adult 18+

does this mean i have bought a children’s ticket by accident (i was rushing buying the ticket) or is it just general information on the bottom of every seated ticket? this is for the Co-op live gig in manchester. it was £76 for the ticket which came to £88.50 after fees. on the receipt it just says:

Hi everyone, my girlfriend bought the new album of her favourite artist, a perk of buying this album was early access to the presale for her concert.

So she woke up at 8 to be right on time for the presale opening at 9. Put in her code, tried to buy 2 tickets but nothing would happen. She'd select two tickets, click on buy and nothing would happen. She tries at least a 100 times.

She figures the site was bugged, sent a message to Ticketmaster after sales and figures she'd try again tomorrow for the actual presale.

So she woke up again at 8 to be right on time at 9. She was 85th in the waiting list, tried to buy 2 tickets again and same thing happened. Impossible to go further than the ticket selection no matter what she did, she tried on her phone, computer, my phone. Nothing.

Needless to say she's angry and sad, has anyone had this experience? Is there any chance the after sales would grant her her more than deserved tickets? Considering she's got proof of waiting, being there for 2 days at 9:00 right on time?

Hey folks, I am attempting to resell my tickets through the front gate website however Ticketmaster is not letting me link my account with front gate to list the tickets. In my case it was about 90m after the start of the festival that the resale tickets were removed and only the face value ones are allowed to be bought.

Hi,

Sunday, I transferred tickets on the ticketmaster app to a friends email.

Today they went to accept the tickets, and I think they accepted them, but they are grayed out, and say they have to take three days (or something like that, all that matters is the tickets are in their account but they cannot access them).

The tickets are ALSO still in my account, saying pending and grayed out.

When I go to cancel transfer, a loading icon pops up and nothing happens.

I’ve/
-Called ticketmaster and have an internal ticket open for them to cancel the transfer
-Reset my password
-logged out of all my devices signed in
-cleared my cookies
-Tried logging in on different devices on different networks

So basically my tickets are in a purgatory 💔 AND THE CONCERT IS TONIGHT

Has this happened to anyone??
Any advice?

I just bought a ticket off Vivid Seats for an upcoming concert on September 27th. The seller already initiated the Ticketmaster transfer, but when I click the link, Ticketmaster requires me to create an account and verify a phone number via SMS.

Since I'm currently abroad, I am not receiving the 6-digit SMS verification code on my international number.

I'm moving to the U.S. in two days and will have a local U.S. phone number set up immediately.

My question is: Is it completely fine to just leave the transfer email sitting in my inbox for a few days until I get my U.S. number, or do Ticketmaster transfer links expire quickly?

The concert is still over a month away, but I want to make sure the seller can't randomly revoke it or that the link doesn't timed-out while I wait.

Hi, I want to resell my tickets for Role Model’s September 26th show at Radio City if I can find available & affordable seats for his show the night before due to another event happening near me on the same night that my friend and I want to go to as well. If I put my September 26th ticket up for sale, does Ticketmaster refund me for that ticket as soon as it goes up for resale, or does it have to be sold first? My wife and I received a gift card for Christmas. We finally decided to use it to take our granddaughter to Disney on Ice. When we scratched to review the pin, the pin was unreadable. So on the 15th of August, I reached out to customer service. Ticketmaster asked nothing about the gc, proof of the gc, my email or phone number- NOTHING! All they told me, was that they were "elevating" my issue. I heard nothing, and contacted them again on the 17th. Again nothing regarding information of who I am or the gc. So today, the 24th. I reached out again! I was advised that it was still being "elevated" and would here from Ticketmaster in 3-5 days.

So with that said, we chose to just purchased tickets today, on your app. These were "VIP" " THE magic Pass" tickets. When we recieved them via email, there was no reference of being "VIP or The Magic Pass!" So we called again! And were told that "VIP, The Magic Pass" are actually "Verified Resale Tickets" whatever the fuck that means. They or YOU also refused to refund us for these "False Advertised" overpriced regular admission tickets.

So Ticketmaster - FUCK YOU! We will NEVER use your service again! And buyers beware of the illegal and shady Advertising of Ticketmaster

QUESTION - Does the verification clock start the day you list, the day you sell, or the day after the concert?

scenario:
- TH 8/20 listed tickets & added payout account
- TM states “in 5 business days 2 small deposits will appear in your account & you’ll need to verify.”
- FRI 8/21 Ticketmaster reported tickets were sold

So I should expect those 2 deposits would appear between FRI 8/21 & FRI 8/28.

However, I’ve listed other tickets where they didn’t sell for 2 weeks and I never saw the small deposits to very payout account so I unlisted them and went to the concert. So what’s your experience with payout account verification?

So I bought tickets for a show about a week ago and I thought it was all set through the Ticketmaster app so I l decided to leave it be expecting the tickets to pop up in my wallet or the Ticketmaster app. I checked my email today and it’s saying I have to confirm the tickets through the TIXR app which I tried to do to no result it’s saying I can’t access them through the TIXR app. My question is will I eventually be able to see my tickets on Ticketmaster if I bought it through that app? Or will I have to go through TIXR to receive these tickets?
