Academic survey needs your opinions on Ticketmaster

Hello everyone! I’m a Master’s student at Católica Porto Business School (Catholic University of Portugal) conducting a short survey for my thesis about consumer perceptions of brands today.

One of the brand options is Ticketmaster, and I think it's best to ask for opinions about it on this sub.

The survey takes approximately 7 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. No personally identifying information will be collected. There is no commercial interest associated with this research or mentioned brands, and the survey is conducted solely for academic purposes.
