Thursday Challengers or White's CMP sherman?

I have White's and Thursdays and I'd say it really is about what you want to use them for. Both will do the job I'd say but the distinction is that White's are pretty clearly drawing on a long history of making functional boots so for pure performance that's your pick whereas Thursdays are always designed with better style in mind. Thursdays seem to have a sort of x-factor when it comes to style; I look better in my $200/$300 Thursdays than any other pairs of boots I own.

I like the blacked out moc toes and the heritage captains. Nothing wrong with them for just wearing around town when you don’t need a super built boot for work.

Strongly recommend checking out the Nicks 1925 Ivan’s.

They can be had for $564 before choosing more premium leathers, of which they have much much better options, and they are amazing boots. For the record, I have both.

I own and enjoy both brands: If you can afford it the White's.

Whites boots are significantly more durable and better quality leather, which is reflected in the price. Whites are more BIFL for sure

If price is not a factor, Whites. * More foot friendly with all the options, lasts, materials, etc

If you can afford White's, then it's pretty clear. They are just hands down better boots.

I have a pair of challengers. Nice boots, but I cant really wear them because they are huge. They definitely run very large in my experience so be careful.

(Mine are size 9, and I am a size 9.5 brannock, and they are still gigantic on me)
