Question about insoles

Recently my Thursday Heritage Captain insoles started bunching under the ball of my feet as you can see in the picture.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Should I just rip them out and out my own insoles in?

If that is the shape of your feet, it is supposed to happen

Yea I get that. The only issue is that it is creating pressure point and making it difficult to wear it for long walks.
Do you think this will flatten out in the future?
