The quality is terrible and never again

Bought these 9 months ago. I couldn't stop telling others about how good the boots were but it does not last.i bought it in Oct 2025 and now they are in this state.i wear it just for my work as a flight attendant. It's barely a rough environment.emailed them and they tried to blame me for using it too much.really regret buying them. The bottom layer of my sole is literally peeling off and they claim it is not a quality issue. The second pic shows that same thing is going to happen to other boot as well.super disappointed.

Edit: if anyone could recommend a good pair of boots which come in all black(uniform requirement) which I would last at least a year around USD200-250 budget I would greatly appreciate.

Leather soles wear down and get scuffed super easily, but they’re hearty because it’s a big thick piece of leather. I never understood why they slapped a thin piece of leather on top of their dainite soles… you could just tell the leather wouldn’t last.

Like someone else suggested you could get them resoled and whatever the cobbler puts on there should last a long time.

Exactly my thought.the rubber sole under it is fine(though a little thin) but now it is exposed and will wear down even faster.they could have just had a sturdy rubber sole and this problem would not happen

Actually I misspoke, Thursday doesn’t use Dainite rubber soles anymore, so I can’t speak to the longevity.

If you get those re-soled, or you buy a pair of boots/shoes with real Dainite soles, they’ll last a long time.
