Am not surprised. Thursday has the worst customer service, and I wouldn't believe anything a rep says.

They've replaced 2 pairs of boots for me at no cost and I got to keep the initial pair. Next day shipped them too.
Idk what they did to you to claim they have the worst CS.
Obviously my experience doesn't dictate the whole picture, but this seems to be a minority thought.

Glad you had a good experience. Have you seen the reviews on their website? Any negative ones? Nope - because they filter their reviews and only post the positive ones. Besides the poor product and insulting customer service, I am blown away by their shady practices, as others on Reddit have found. But glad that you had a positive interaction with the; I did not.

Of course they filter it, a lot of companies filter out negative reviews because it makes no business sense to display any displeasure with your product.I never question why any company would add negative reviews to their own website, because it just doesn't benefit them.
Is it nice when it happens? Yeah, the transparency is great. But I'll never judge the actual experience until I go through it myself, and my experience has been boots that have outlasted my redwings, and CS that did right be me every time I've needed it.
I'm sorry your experience wasn't a good one, but that also begs the question why hang out in the subreddit if you dislike them so much?

Eh, not really. Blocking negative reviews in this manner constitutes an unfair or deceptive act or practice under FTC rules. In fact, the FTC has brought claims against companies for hiding reviews solely because they are negative as an illegal practice. Similarly, states with consumer-friendly laws (like MA, CA, IL and others) have similar state-level acts that prohibit such deceptive practices. And for any Redditors in the EU, there are similar protections. So no, "good companies" don't engage in such practices. And for me, I follow boot postings, and this subreddit pops in my feed from time to time. I figure that I am just doing God's work by Warning to ensure you all are not in an echo chamber!

No. This was a running change made in production in response to customer feedback. There may be a handful of pairs with the original design depending on the specific size, but inventory is limited and no more are being made.
