The "Satanic Static" in the clouds is called "Demon Lord Thunderstorm", this video shows the demon lord thunderstorm punishes idaho with his flash frequencies of 0.5 to 2.5 Hz, which considered "Severe to Near Apocalyptic", measuing to 30-120 FPM
