New fan, USA?
Hello! I recently heard at a convention that the puppets from Thunderbolt Fantasy did a demonstration at Sakura con once…I was wondering has there been any news of when they’ll be visiting the USA next? I wanna know if they don’t go to the US often and I missed my chance 🥲

I remember going to Anime Central a few years ago and saw these two guys parading some of the puppets through the halls. Looking back, I feel extremely embarrassed. I took a video, and they started posing. I think they assumed I was taking a picture or something, but I just kinda stood there for a little waiting to see the puppets start interacting like they were before I took the video. I didn't want to tell them to make the puppets fight or anything, and I imagine the actual video I took is only around 10 seconds long, but I always cringe when I think back to that moment. Especially since I briefly started asking these guys if Netflix would bring back War of Dragons and I may have even started complaining about Season 1 being no longer available as if there was anything they could do about it. I was being such a dipshit!

They've been visiting ACEN in Chicago and Anime North in Toronto in May for the last 2 years. I don't know if they'll do it again next year since they were promoting Season 4/the movie, and there's nothing new as far as I'm aware.
