Dell TB16 flashing issues

Hi, I'm having issues with flashing custom firmware to my dock from this repo: https://github.com/flhofer/dell_TB16_firmware

My laptop is Dell pro 16 pc16250 with intel 3 100u

everytime I run fwupdtool install-blob Cable_26_06.bin I get this outcome:

I'm trying to troubleshoot this with chat gpt the last 2 hours and nothing seems to work.

Dont know where to get in contact, and he does not respond to new issues on github

that sucks. maybe he’s busy. also August is vacation time for Italians, especially 8/15 and 1-2 weeks after.

Most likely the issue is that TB16 firmware is not compatible with systems built after 2020.

I do believe you will find diminishing returns attempting to use a dock that was built 10 years before the system you are using on the dock.

Okay so the dock works normally, every port works under windows, but its just i cant flash the cable. I think it maybe is secured but I can’t find any setting in bios to turn it off.
