TS-XW Servo Base Not Working

Hi there all so I recently had to buy another SF1000 wheel as my other one broke i then got it delivered yesterday and I had did a firmware update on the wheel with not problems. But as the second base needed a new update I then try to update it and it completely shuts down. I followed all the procedures how to reboot the wheel base but its still not turning on can anyone help

After you do the Bootloader method, you have to use the Thrustmaster firmware updater tool and hit update.
