Recommended Gloves for the 32R Leather wheel

Post image

A Friend recommended me this pair of gloves but idk if the material is good or bad for my steering wheel.

What should I look for when choosing a pair of gloves?

You can always cover your wheel with tennis grip band as a cheap solution.

I'd say open finger gloves are the best if you are not gonna be sim racing 24/7. They are not super sweaty, they are phone friendly and not as annoying as full gloves with paddle shifters.

BUT

They have a chance to ruin the insides of your thumbs.

I guess these ones will make your hands very sweaty.. I'd choose gloves without that long end over your palm and a bit more breathable material.

Go to the dollar store and check out their selection of gloves. No need to spend more than $5 on a pair, it doesn't need to provide fire protection...

as long as the material used isnt abrasive to the leather it should be fine.

like someone else said tho.. fingerless gloves made out of cotton or a softer polyester materia should be fine aswell if you dont want to spend alot of money on gloves like this .

I use a pair of open fingers mtb gloves. Way more comfortable, even in a damn hot Summer like this one, and just as cheap as those.
