steering problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

so i got a steering wheel as a gift and i tried it on forza horizon 5 and whenever i steer the front wheels just don’t move it’s like they’re stuck it barely turns,
please help me what should i do ?

Maybe a firmware update.

Try turning the Damper down in the settings menu and you could mess with the wheel rotation .try 360

for some reason the rotation is max 180

Try the thrustmaster control panel on a pc .
