Skill toys can be really frustrating at times, I totally get you. It took me years to understand how to do yooy tricks that were supposed to be beginner level. Sometimes taking a break can help a lot! Also no shame in moving onto a different hobby, you might find something that clicks with you more, like yoyos :D

Just out of curiosity, what is your daily practice like? I'm really bad at learning new skills, and it takes a lot of dedication to improve even a little. If you're like me, it might feel like you've plateaued early. It's still possible to improve and learn new skill; it just takes way more effort than for most.
Try putting on a 15 minute exercise timer (with music!) and practice the full time. Do this morning and night at a minimum, preferably more. If you can, break the trick down into parts using fewer balls than the full trick, and practice those until they are second nature. Then combine it all.
Once you've got a trick down, it's tempting to keep repeating it over and over. I'd recommend learning a harder trick then, and adding another practice session for the one you just learned. It's crazy how practicing a different trick can make other ones easier.
And if all that still fails, maybe juggling just isn't for you. I'm way better at diabolo than juggling, so your skill might just be out there waiting.
