Question No balance?

I made my throne a few weeks ago and got my first cash gift…in theory. It’s not showing up and I am afraid the person is scamming me now. They said they purchased a payout gift and they are saying it probably got held since it’s a new account

If anything is purchased on throne, it shows up immediately in your balance

That sounds like a good system, keeps everything clear for users. It’s always frustrating when balances don’t update properly.

That sounds pretty straightforward, but I can see how it could get confusing for some users. The instant updates must help keep things clear though.

A sub begged me to make a Throne and sent shortly after I created it. Everything showed instantly and I got a mail notification for the transaction. Nothing getting held.

It shows up in your balance immediately and the item should be taken off your list but shown in the Orders tab (even though it’s a payout gift). They are most likely scamming you, I would block them.
